Florida Hospital East (Orlando, FL)
The Florida Hospital East Orlando Facility was a new facility that required Post Construction Duct Cleaning of the entire new bed tower expansion. Drywall dust and miscellaneous debris was vacuumed and hand cleaned for 3 weeks by 12 highly trained Duct Detectives Technicians to insure that the Indoor Air quality throughout the facility was at the highest levels. Duct Detectives technicians were diligent in providing the best possible air quality for future patients and staff.
   
Highwoods Properties (Memphis, TN)
Duct Detectives, Inc was hired by Highwoods Properties in August of 2010 to help improve the overall indoor air quality of the 335,700 SF property located on Poplar Ave. in Memphis, TN. Within a week of the purchase of the building, Duct Detectives Technicians began a 10 week project to bring the highly sought after building up to Highwoods Properties Standards. Duct Detectives Technicians worked 2nd and 3rd shift hours to reduce the amount of disturbance to the tenants. The project consisted of cleaning all Supply and Return Ductwork throughout the entire building. In addition, all interior lined AHU’s (26) were completely refurbished utilizing K-Flex PSA Insulation to allow proper acoustic value and sweat resistance. All drain pans were cleaned and coated with Pancrete to allow for proper drainage. Finally, the Coils and Blowers were cleaned and power washed to like new conditions. Duct Detectives, Inc. is proud to have been able to accomplish a complete building indoor air quality project in the time frame that was assigned.
